Yes. You’ve got 14 days to return or exchange your item, as long as it’s unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags on.

Cairo & Giza: 2–3 business days
Other governorates: 2–5 business days

Q4: What if something’s wrong with my order?
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we’ll fix it fast. We cover the shipping and send you a replacement, no extra cost.
