Yes, you can return or exchange your order within 14 days as long as it’s unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags.

Delivery takes 2–4 business days within Cairo & Giza, and 3–7 business days for other governorates.

Q4: What if I receive a defective item?
If there’s a manufacturing defect or you got the wrong item, we’ll cover all shipping costs and replace it for free.

Q5: Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available. You can also pay online securely via Visa, MasterCard, Meeza, Fawry, or InstaPay.

Each item comes with a Care Label with washing and handling instructions. Please follow it to keep your piece in the best condition.
