You’ve got 7 days from the moment you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Damages & Issues
Received something off? Inspect your order as soon as it arrives and reach out immediately if there’s a defect, damage, or a wrong item. We’ll handle it and make it right.
Exchange Policy
You can exchange your item within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in original condition.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm if your refund is approved.
If approved, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Keep in mind: banks and payment providers may take additional time to process the refund.
